Hello Everyone,
Our O.H. Ivie Tournament Saturday ended up being a good day. Although we had only five members fish. The day started off windy and ended up windy, but we had some nice fish caught. I took 1st with 11lbs 3 oz with 3 fish, I also took the Big Bass Pot a nice 8lb 2 oz hawg. Clint Hicks grabbed 2nd with a 2 fish stringer weighing 7lbs 3oz and he also had a nice 6lb 4oz bass. He caught his first thing in the mornin' and had me sweatin all day until I caught my big un! Wimpy Fullerton took 3rd with 2 fish that weighed3lbs 2oz. and Doug Noice took fourth with a 2lb 5oz fish. Wimpy's son Romney fished with us but came back empty handed. Although the bite was tough we managed to bring fish in. There were alot of boats on the lake due to a big tournament from Austin and the new popularity the Sharelunker year this lake is having, it has produced 9 bass over 13 pounds this year and that's just the one's reported. I sure wish we could have had better weather and more folks fishing with us, but it great day regardless. Thanks to those who keep showing up and hopefully we'll see everyone else next month. My vote is for Hubbard Creek!
Thanks and God bless, Tim Betz, Pres.
